Brody is 10 year old male these macaque that started his journey here as a temporary placement through the winter. His owner later decided to allow him to stay being our first resident. He suffered from self injurious behavior prior and unfortunately his vet had to pull his teeth in stages. He is thriving here and loves interacting with us.
Pippin is a 19 year old male java macaque. He is a previous stroke victim and came to us with limited mobility issues and eating problems. He came in Feb 2026 and is Now climbing everywhere and loves to groom us and play. He has put on weight and is now back with his brother Dillon.
Dillon is a 19 year old male java macaque. He joined us in March 2026. He is small but eats almost everything offered to him. It took him longer to warm up but now we get daily grooms. It’s adorable watching him and Pippin cuddle at night for bedtime.
